How to perform

  1. Set a flat bench between two low cable pulleys
  2. Attach single handles and select a light weight
  3. Lie on the bench with feet flat on the floor
  4. Hold the handles above your chest with palms facing each other
  5. Keep a small bend in your elbows throughout the movement
  6. Lower your arms wide and slowly until you feel a chest stretch
  7. Bring the handles back together in a hugging motion
  8. Squeeze your chest at the top, then repeat with control
