How to perform

  1. Set the cable handles slightly below shoulder height
  2. Sit tall with your back supported and feet flat
  3. Hold one handle in each hand with a slight bend in your elbows
  4. Start with arms open wide, feeling a gentle chest stretch
  5. Bring the handles together in front of your chest in a hugging motion
  6. Squeeze your chest briefly when your hands meet
  7. Return slowly and under control; do not let the weights pull you back
  8. Keep your shoulders down and avoid using momentum
