How to perform

  1. Set the suspension handles at chest height and stand facing away from the anchor
  2. Hold the handles with straight arms, palms facing down
  3. Walk your feet back to create a straight body line and light forward lean
  4. Brace your core and keep your hips level
  5. Bend your elbows to lower your chest between the handles
  6. Keep your elbows at about a 45-degree angle from your body
  7. Press through your hands to return to straight arms
  8. Step closer to the anchor to make it easier, or farther away to make it harder
