1. General Information

These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the legal framework for using Gymfile ("App"). By accessing or using Gymfile, you agree to comply with these Terms. The contract language is English.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Free and Pro Versions

Gymfile offers two versions:

Free Version: Access core features including workout logging, exercise library, and basic tracking.
Pro Version: Unlock additional features with an in-app subscription. More details are available in the App Store.

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the services provided by Gymfile as needed, taking user interests into consideration.

2.3 How Gymfile Works

Gymfile provides a platform for planning, tracking, and analyzing fitness activities.

Local processing: All core calculations run locally on your device.
Optional iCloud Sync: If iCloud is enabled for Gymfile, your data is mirrored to your private iCloud account to enable multi-device synchronization and backup.
- Disabling the iCloud switch for Gymfile or deleting the App’s data in iCloud settings will erase the synced database everywhere, including the copy on your device, and the App will start with an empty log.
A stable internet connection is required for iCloud sync; the App remains fully functional offline when sync is disabled.

3. Getting Started

3.1 Downloading the App

Gymfile is available for download from the Apple App Store. All core features run locally on your device, with no data sent to external servers. To unlock additional features, you can upgrade to the Pro version via an in-app subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Appropriate Use

You agree to use Gymfile in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App in any way that compromises its functionality.

4.2 Data Management

Gymfile relies on data entered by the user for accurate tracking and analysis.

Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all data you enter.
iCloud: If you disable iCloud for Gymfile or delete its data from iCloud, previously synced records will be permanently lost from your device.

5. Payments and Subscription

5.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees for the Pro version are charged upon sign-up and at the beginning of each billing period. Pricing details can be found in the App Store.

5.2 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free version at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Termination of Use

Since Gymfile does not require an account and all data is stored locally on your device, there is no formal account to delete. To stop using Gymfile, simply uninstall the App.

7. Liability

7.1 General Liability

Gymfile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

While Gymfile aims to provide accurate fitness tracking and recovery analysis, we cannot guarantee that the information is error-free. Users should not rely solely on Gymfile for critical health decisions.

7.3 User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own health and fitness. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have any medical conditions.

7.4 Data Loss

We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from your decision to disable iCloud for Gymfile, delete the App’s data from iCloud, or otherwise remove synced content. If you choose to disable iCloud, the App will reset and start with no data.

8. Privacy Policy

Gymfile does not collect or transmit personal data to our servers.

Local storage: All workout logs, measurements, and settings are stored locally on your device.
iCloud storage: If you enable iCloud for Gymfile, your data is encrypted and stored in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following such changes implies acceptance.
