Gymfile ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Gymfile mobile application (the "Service").

Information Collection And Use

Local Data Storage & iCloud Sync (Optional)

All gym workout data you enter into Gymfile is stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud for Gymfile, this data is mirrored to your private iCloud account to allow backup and multi-device synchronisation.

• The mirrored copy is encrypted and managed by Apple; we have no access to it.
• Disabling iCloud for Gymfile or deleting the app’s data in iCloud settings removes the mirrored copy from iCloud and from your device.

Usage Data

We use third-party analytics services to collect anonymized usage data to improve the Service. This data is not linked to you or your personal information. No personally identifiable information (such as names, emails, or workout data) is collected. Usage data includes information about app usage, such as the number of sessions, session duration, and interactions with various features of the app.

In-App Purchases

Gymfile is free to download but offers in-app purchases to unlock additional features (Gymfile Pro). We do not collect any payment information, as all purchases are handled securely by the App Store.

Analytics Services

We use Google Analytics to collect, monitor, and analyze anonymized usage data. This helps us understand how users interact with the app and allows us to improve the Service.

• Google Analytics: Google Analytics collects usage data that is anonymized and not linked to personal identifiers. Google may share aggregated data with other Google services. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to store personal information or track behavior across websites or apps. Any tracking is strictly related to anonymized analytics for improving the functionality of our app.

• On-device and iCloud storage: Workout data remains on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account, both secured by Apple’s hardware and software encryption.
• Analytics data: Third-party analytics providers follow strict security protocols to protect anonymized usage information.

Age Rating

Gymfile is rated 4+ in the App Store, making it suitable for all users above the age of 4. The app does not contain objectionable material and is designed for users of all ages interested in tracking gym workouts and fitness.
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 4. Since no personal data is collected or stored, Gymfile complies with the relevant privacy regulations for all users.
