How to perform
- Stand tall with feet about shoulder-width apart
- Hold a light kettlebell or dumbbell by the horns at chest height
- Brace your core and keep your ribs pulled down
- Slowly circle the weight around the back of your head
- Keep the weight close to your head without touching it
- Move smoothly through the shoulders; do not twist your torso
- Return to the front, then repeat in the other direction
- Use a light weight and stop if you feel shoulder pain
