How to perform
- Stand tall holding a kettlebell in each hand at your sides
- Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core tight
- Brace your stomach as if preparing for a light punch
- Walk forward with short, controlled steps
- Keep the kettlebells close to your legs without swinging
- Maintain a neutral spine; do not lean or shrug excessively
- Walk for the planned distance or time, then set the weights down safely
- Start light and increase weight only when your posture stays strong
