How to perform

  1. Stand tall holding a kettlebell in each hand at your sides
  2. Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core tight
  3. Brace your stomach as if preparing for a light punch
  4. Walk forward with short, controlled steps
  5. Keep the kettlebells close to your legs without swinging
  6. Maintain a neutral spine; do not lean or shrug excessively
  7. Walk for the planned distance or time, then set the weights down safely
  8. Start light and increase weight only when your posture stays strong
