How to perform

  1. Hold a kettlebell close to your chest with both hands
  2. Stand tall with feet about hip-width apart
  3. Step one foot straight back, landing on the ball of that foot
  4. Bend both knees and lower your back knee toward the floor
  5. Keep your chest up and front knee tracking over your toes
  6. Push through the heel of your front foot to stand back up
  7. Return to the start, then repeat on the other side
  8. Move slowly and keep your core tight throughout
