How to perform

  1. Hold the suspension handles with palms facing each other
  2. Walk your feet forward and lean back with arms straight
  3. Keep your body in one straight line from head to heels
  4. Brace your core and keep your shoulders down
  5. Pull your chest toward the handles by driving your elbows back
  6. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top
  7. Slowly straighten your arms to return to the start
  8. Make it easier by standing more upright; harder by leaning back more
