How to perform
- Clean and press the kettlebell overhead with one arm
- Stand with feet slightly wider than hip-width
- Turn both feet slightly toward the opposite side of the raised arm
- Keep the overhead arm straight and your shoulder packed
- Push your hips toward the side of the raised kettlebell
- Hinge at the hips and rotate your chest toward the floor
- Slide your free hand down the inside of your front leg
- Keep watching the kettlebell, then drive through your hips to stand tall
