How to perform

  1. Clean and press the kettlebell overhead with one arm
  2. Stand with feet slightly wider than hip-width
  3. Turn both feet slightly toward the opposite side of the raised arm
  4. Keep the overhead arm straight and your shoulder packed
  5. Push your hips toward the side of the raised kettlebell
  6. Hinge at the hips and rotate your chest toward the floor
  7. Slide your free hand down the inside of your front leg
  8. Keep watching the kettlebell, then drive through your hips to stand tall
